Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is based around the ball and what happens at impact.  My objective is to help each student understand his or her individual ball flight, why it happens, and then develop a plan to reach his or her goals. I prioritize the instructional needs of my students by customizing specific programs for the individual that involve supervised practice, which I believe is the quickest way to stay on the path to improvement.  The supervised practice model helps create a controlled envioronment, with instant feedback during lessons, to help foster desired outcomes.

My teaching goal is to have my students walk away from a lesson more confident about themselves and their golf game.  I want my students to develop a solid foundation including a game plan for improvement, broken down into specific steps to help achieve their objectives.
